- relevant photos of where you want the dropped kerb to be
- a rough sketch and/or plan of where you want the dropped kerb to be

Download a dropped kerb application form (PDF, 2 MB) and return to the email address provided on the application.
What happens next
Once you've submitted your application form we aim to respond within 8 weeks.
Your application must be approved before any works are carried out.
