This page tells you how to make a complaint, a compliment or a suggestion as well as how you can get involved with the work of the council.

Compliment or suggestion

The quickest and easiest way to complain is to contact the service or person you have been dealing with, let them know what the problem is and what would put things right.  You can also do this by using the online complaint form:


Please treat our staff with the same courtesy and respect that you would expect to receive from them when dealing with complaints. We will protect staff from unacceptable behaviour and/or actions such as unreasonable demands, aggressive or offensive behaviour.

Our unacceptable actions policy explains how we will manage our contact with any individual in such circumstances.
