Building Warrants for construction work, Certificates of Completion , Letters of Comfort, inspections and notifications, street names and numbering of properties and sustainable building advice.

For general enquiries and advice, a duty surveyor is available at our Spiersbridge office from 8.45am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday. No appointment is necessary for general enquiries. For enquiries, or to arrange an appointment about a specific application that has already been made, please contact the surveyor allocated to your application between 8.45am and 1.00pm, Monday to Friday.

From 1st April 2018, East Renfrewshire Council will no longer accept cheques as a payment method for planning and building standards applications
