MyEastRen
MyEastRen is an online account where you can access council services from your mobile phone or computer when it's most convenient to you.
We now offer 2 factor authentication (2FA) on your MyEastRen account. We recommend you enable this to increase the security of your account and protect your personal details. Once enabled you'll receive a code to confirm your identity each time you log on.
You can enable 2FA through your mygovscot myaccount, by choosing Set up extra security from with Account Settings once you are signed in. You can choose to receive the code via email, SMS text or authenticator app.
Registration and sign-in for your MyEastRen account is powered by mygovscot myaccount. It checks who you are and allows you to use a single account to access a range of Scottish public services online.
